The Engineering Division provides in-house engineering services and consultancy to all potential and ongoing projects being undertaken by PECD Construction. The Division has a wide range of expertise including structural, civil, geotechnical, road, infrastructure and water & waste water engineering.

The engineering team is dedicated to solving any engineering and technical issues encountered during a project. In design and build contracts or proposals, the Engineering Division manages the various consultants engaged and reviews their designs for cost effectiveness, appropriate construction methodologies and deliverables within the construction schedule.
 

In conventional contracts, the Division seeks opportunities for value engineering by proposing alternative designs which improve cost effectiveness and reduce construction time.
