The consortium of PECD Energy and MMC Oil and Gas Engineering Sdn Bhd was awarded a contract worth RM 133 million from Malaysian Refining Company Sdn Bhd (a joint venture between PETRONAS and Conoco) for the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of PSR-2 Crude Storage Tanks for the PETRONAS Second Refinery Phase 2 in Melaka.

The scope of the project comprises the design, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of two crude storage tanks, including the construction of all general services engineering works and necessary tie-ins for the project facilities.

The contract was won amidst a highly competitive bidding environment, indicative of the strong capabilities and track record of both companies.We are proud to have been selected to undertake this project.
