I am really proud to be amongst those selected to join PECD as a Management Trainee under the company’s Management Trainee Programme. I am assigned to the Group’s Energy division and is now currently based at the PSR-2 Crude Storage Tanks project, which was awarded by the Malaysian Refining Company in Melaka, Malaysia. I am getting the opportunity to learn new tools and work processes. The experience gained from being involved in the day-to-day operations would certainly benefit any fresh graduates.
