As a member of the Group’s tender team, I am tasked to provide technical support for our participation in project tenders for PECD’s Construction and Energy divisions. I joined PECD in 2001 and through out the years I have been assisting in tender bids for infrastructure related projects, oil and gas pipelines and signature buildings, local and overseas. My biggest challenge is to coordinate efforts between the operating divisions, engineering, procurements and business development unit. My favourite tender participation to date is our tender submission for a military installation in Malaysia. I believe I have benefited a lot by having been involved in a very diversified portfolio of projects.
