Referring to the announcement made by the Company on 21 February 2008 in relation to the status of default in payment pursuant to PN1/2001, the Board of Directors of the Company wish to inform that to date, there is no significant change in the status of the default in payment of interest payments for its Serial Fixed Rate Bonds ("SFRB") .
The Company is currently in the process of developing a corporate and debt restructuring plan, with the assistance of its specialist advisers. The Company will be advising the SFRB holders and its other creditors on the proposed plan as soon as possible.
